VOIP Integration with Navision?

What is that you trying to integrate?
I've integrated with VOIP for call center. Where when they receive a call, Navision form opens up and does a search on contacts by phone number, if the contact is not found, the user then creates a new contact with phone number populated.
They also wanted to know how many calls turn into actual orders so the phone number is transfered to sales order if the user is actually on the call.

No, I have not, but I would suspect that most VOIP have socket integration available and you can integrate through that.

We did the same. But solution was done using ActivaTSP and TapiEX library. It is more universal.

Are the Internet connections and VOIP on cruise ships reliable ? I have a small business that I need to send and receive phone calls a couple hours a day . Can I use a VOIP connection like Skype or Vonage ? Or is a cell phone a better option ? What expenses are involved ?

Cruise ships use Satellite connection. There is no cell phone coverage in the middle of the sea.
