ADCS: VT100 plugin Problem

Hi all,
We are working with NAV 5.0 FR and are using the WMS.
After certain inactivity time, the ADCS gets blocked. I got an error message on the application Log :
Navision VT100 Plugin
The terminal with ID 4032828 did not receive a reply from the NAS-Q within 69000 milliseconds.
Unfortunately, the only way to resolve this issue was to restart the NAS.
Can some one tell me how to fix this kind of situation.
