Customer Item Load

Hi everyone:

Is there a place in Nav to load customer items numbers and descriptions? I want that information to get load on the sales order when we enter out stock number.

Customer Item Numbers - I think you're talking about the Cross Reference table.

Now what do you want to have happen when you enter an item that is out of stock?
