Go to the item and look at the item availability screen, this shows all the supply and demand. There are however many other reasons, the bin is wrong, the serial number is wrong, the lot number is wrong etc, so at a top level you have it available, but at the detail level you do not.
The art of teaching is clarity and the art of learning is to listen
When you want to transfer from location A to location B, your Item has to be in inventory in location A to begin with. It might be that your inventory is in location C, or without a location code.
By the way, you should not be looking at the Item Ledger Entry table. You should be reading the 'NAV Introduction' manual, and then trading, and then inventory, and THEN, when you know how the application actually works, THEN you start figuring out how the table structure works behind the scenes.

Hi Experts,
I see that item suppose XXX is sufficient quantity in the inventory(in location A its qty 100, in Location B its qty 200 and so on.);
when I want to transfer the Item XXX suppose qty 10 from Location A to Location B , a error message occures.
Item XXX not in inventory.
That means Item is booked for others.
Then I want to know How can filter The ILE table to know the actual picture.

You need to learn how to use NAV first.
