please tell me..is there any tool available which automatically generates the technical documentations for the code written in navision 3.10...

    Nope... Not offically.

    Maybe you can make something yourself in the NDTK. I tried somtime ago and came pretty far. But didn't quite had the time to finish it. When I wanted to finish is, it was to complex to even understand what I made. So.... Just read my signature.
