Navision Native, NODBC retrieve tablelist

Hello,
I am currently working on a C# program that imports serveral data from another program into navision.
however i want to retrieve the table list of the navision database, i can't find how to do this. Information_schema does not work.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

But you could also log into NAV and open Object Designer (Shift+F12).
