Dataport field labels

I am running some massive dataports to export all the fields from the item table, customer and vendor and I am using the Dataport generator, as the client would like to have all fields in the the export.
I need to know if there is a way to automatically include the field headings as well without having to manually type them.

Thank you, however I already new this.
There is a dataport generator that adds all the table fields to the dataport, however I want to see if there is an option to also create field names, as This is all manual work and I have to manually type in the field names for 100-200 fields.

What I am trying to say is if there is an Add-on or if someone has created smth to the Dataport generator, to also add the field captions.

Note I noticed that there is a limit of 50 flowfields only that can be exported using a dataport.

how big are these tables - can't you just copy & paste them into excel since you want all fields?
