NAS/ADCS problem

We have Navi 4.0 sp3. We are using NAS /ADCS with mini forms for placing and picking in WMS. For some reason the ADCS gets blocked during the operation for (sometimes) up to 6 min. At the application log I get following information.
NAS
The stream has returned a read error.
The info is repeated more than 20 times in period of 15 sec
After that
Navision VT100 Plugin
The terminal with ID 45 did not receive a reply from the CSS within 69000 milliseconds.
The terminal with ID 53 did not receive a reply from the CSS within 69000 milliseconds.
The terminal with ID 67 did not receive a reply from the CSS within 69000 milliseconds.
The terminal with ID 18 did not receive a reply from the CSS within 69000 milliseconds.
A document out of Sequence was received for Terminal 18.
A document out of Sequence was received for Terminal 78.
There was a problem replying to internal key 83. Unable to read data from the transport connection.
A document out of Sequence was received for Terminal 67.
A document out of Sequence was received for Terminal 53.
NAS is running on the same server as Navi.
Does anyone have some hint how to fix the problem.
