Migration Overview form slow on opening

Hi,
We upgraded a client from v4.03 SQL to v5.00 SQL a while back.
Encountered a 'strange' issue which might relate back to the upgrade?
When opening the Migration Overview form:
- For a company with records in the Migration Table - it opens up quickly.
- For a company with No records in the Migration Table - it takes a long time to open.
(a.)Manually adding a rec in the table, allows the Migration Overview form to open quickly.
(b.)If there are no recs in the Migration table, changing the CalcFormula for the "No. of Records" field in the Migration table to exclude the 'No. of Records=FILTER(<>0)', allows the form to open quickly again.
Any ideas why the issue may be caused?
