ODBC Error in ASP Page

Hello
We have a strange problem with an ASP-Page which was running for quite a long time without problems. Connection to Navision 4.01
Now the webserver was migrated from Windows Server 2000 to Windows Server 2003 SP2. There is a fatal error when opening the connection to Navision. Strangely enough, it seems to work on a Windows Server 2003 without Service packs.
Somebody has made similar experiences?
