Does anyone know if a vertical solution for customer support has been developed for NAV? We are in need of a support system for NAV related problems and what would be better than to have it in NAV?
A system that logs incoming support mails would be sweet.

I have one that I developed many years back. We used it both internally to log NAV customer support calls, and also installed it at some customer sites so they could log internal issues as well. Interestingly after it being idle for a few years I just sold one a few months back, and am not planning to register it as a 5.00 Add-On (the old registration from 2.60 days expired long ago).
