Cancel a sales shipment

Hi

How cancel a sales shipment who has been create with inventory pick but not invoiced ?

Have you tried the function "Undo Shipment" (button Functions)?

Undo shipment does not work with the inventory pick because of the perceived additional controls in place by producing the pick, then setting the quantity to handle and then posting it to shipment (or invoice) you need to invoice it and credit it, well you did in 4 anyway!

I presume there is Warehouse Shipment involved & it has not been posted?
If so the Pick document can be deleted (remember to do what the warning shows if you really delete) then delete the Warehouse Shipment document & it's done.
Otherwise just carry on the whole process & produce Sales Return & end with Credit Note.
