LS Retail - Statement posting error

Hi Experts,

While posting statement getting error Customer No. " does not exist. Can any one help me how to reslove this issue.

On POS Functionality Profile Card you have to define
Cash customer and New customer default

r u posting the statment of POS database or Backoffice? If you have defined customer on POS and not at backoffice then u need to replicate at backoffice as well.
If u have created customer at POS and able to sale it then there is no point of the error u mentioned.
Please confirm.
