Can someone tell me where I can find a list of customer service plans for NAV on PartnerSource? You'd think it would be easy, under Sales --> Customer Service Plans for instance.
All I want to know is a list of plans, the costs associated with them, the benefits that come with each, and if they are required.

GO to Partnersource > Support > Customer Service Plans. This data needs to be looked for, but you can find it. If you don't have access to this website, find someone in your company who does.0
