Add-on code when makin help with mergetool

Anyone encoutered this problem?
When using the mergetool to create helpfiles, on a help token you can specify an add-on code.
Now i was under the impression that if you put there a code, when the help is compilend and you pe asj in help a list of fields in a table, this description was used by the location column, but apparantly its only the description you see there from the help version card...

Besides making different help cards in the mergetools, can you set something in that location reflection the standard of navision (where is stated pe. Manufacturing, service,...)
