Doubt in List Form

hai ,
i have a doubt..
i have a List form. there are 5 fields.
Field 3 and Field 4 have their captions and iam supposed to give a
common label at the top for Field3 and 4 apart from their captions.
Is it possible?
can any one help me?

One label can not be connected to multiple columns, if you mean that; property ParentControl for the label can only contain 1 column.
