Business Notification - Mail not sent

Hi,

i have configured all the things necessary for business notification to work,
but then after i click the "Send to Notification" button, no mails were sent to the users.

I have followed all the points mentioned in the below posting.

Please guide me if i had missed out any setting.

    There are a host of issues that affect BN functionality. Speaking of hosts, you might want to find an Exchange Server expert. It would also help to know the whole configuration you've set up, that is what machine is running what server functions (Navision, Exchange, NAS, BN, etc.).
