New Company

I am trying to add a new company in 3.70 and get the message Company information primary does not exist. How do I get around this so that I can finish creating the company?

    Has the company creation is finished, or is this happening during the creation of new company?
    If this happening after wards like on a sales order. In GL->Setup->Company Infomration. Fill some fields and close the card.
