Certified Master Developer on NAV 4.0 ?

Hello,

I have recently passed the Dynamics NAV Financials 5.0 Exam. I also passed the following 4.0 exams: Development I and II and Installation & Configuration.

I believe I cannot become Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional–Developer for Microsoft Dynamics NAV on 5.0, but does anyone know if I can get this certification on 4.0 ? The 5.0 exam should cover the 4.0 one, but I ask this because there are some exam topics in the Financials 4.0 exam that don't exist anymore in the 5.0 one.

If there is anyone interested, it hasn't been a problem.
I became a Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional in Developer for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

you're right...it's strange...4.0 and 5.0 are very different...I wonder why...

Well, exams are different, however results are still the same: you can become Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Professional - Developer for Microsoft Dynamics NAV by passing exams for NAV4 or NAV5 (both version exams are counting towards certification):

Therefore, for developer's certification you need:
Core Exams (2 exams required)
- C/SIDE Introduction in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 (or NAV 4)
- C/SIDE Solution Development in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 (or NAV 4)

Elective Exams (2 exams required)
- Financials in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 (or NAV 4)
- Warehouse Management in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0
- Manufacturing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 (or NAV 4)
- Installation and Configuration in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 (or NAV 4)
- Trade & Inventory in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 (or NAV 4)
