Navision is conflicting with any CPU?

Hi guys,
we cannot run navision in our new citrix server.
after i double clicking the icon of Navision,i get no response.the CPU of new server is (Xeon-4core E5450)*2.
i am afraid Navision conficting with this CPU.
Anybody can help me ?

Check the path of your Navision exe, dll, etc.
Things to try"
1. Redo the installation
2. Try another server
ERP Consultant (not just Navision) & Navision challenger
