No Company...

hi there...
I have a strange situation here...
I have one database with two companies and one backup of the same database.
What I've done...
I've entered the database, opened one company (say Company) and rename it to CompanyOld. Then I've restored from the backup only the one company which also have a name Company. So I should have in my database three companies: Company (from the backup), CompanyOld (renamed company), and the third company (doesn't matter which).
What is happening? When I enter the database again, and try to select a company, I can see only two of them, CompanyOld and the third one. There is no Company from the backup.
But, when I put COMPANY=Company in the Target of a Shortcut, it is working OK. And only like this I can access this company.
Does anyone has the similar problem?
