Installing Business Notification

I'm trying to install business Notification for MS Dynamics, to link to SQL 2005.
During the installation, after inserting the username and password and local server details, I am getting the follow error message
[DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen(Invalid Instance()). Invalid Connection
Can anyone help please?
