I restore a FBK file into a New DB.And I have seen that
there is no Report List, No Users, No Roles.
What is the reason behind this????

Hi, I think you create backup without "check" - app. object and common data or restore without this.0

Or the "new DB" was not "clean DB" and thus the checkbox near the "Data common to all companies" was not checked.0

With "clean DB" meaning that it has to be just created and nothing should have been done with it before restoring the data.kine wrote:Or the "new DB" was not "clean DB" and thus the checkbox near the "Data common to all companies" was not checked.Regards,Alain Krikilion

Hi
We has this problem a while ago and created a clean database and if would not restore the objects. We did restore from another client ok and we didn't investigate. This would suggect that the problem lies in one of two places (if the backup file is ok)
1. try restoring with your zup file renamed/removed
2. check the licence you are restoring with
Hope this helps [-o<0
