One Problem in Report

Hi,
This is srinivas.chittem

I have One Problem while preparing the report as follows....

I have Two data items

1) Item
2) Item Budget Entry (Indentation =1)

Now i want the report Manufacture wise to Items, For that

In item i took the Group total fields as Manufacture Code ..it is working.

But the problem is Item Budget Entry

Here Group Total Fields is Item No.
Actually i have so many budget entries with one Item No. Now i want Group all..And i will show total Quantity and price of that Item in the report,

Means i don't want all records with same item No.

Is it possible to come without coding ..just we use DataItemTableView and
GroupTotalFields and Totalfields of Item Budget Entry...

please share your suggestions..

Hi Srinivas,

The easiest way to acheive this without codeing is to put a field on the Item Budget Entry dataitem e.g. Budget Name as a ReqFilterFields.
This will then appear as a new tabs when running the report and the user can enter which budget to filter down to.

It would be nicer to code onto the request form.
