Error 487

I have done the same for years, every couple of weeks I copy the database from the server to my workstation for testing, etc..
Never a problem. Now, when I try to connect to my local database, I get the following error: "The operating system returned the error (487):
Attempt to access invalid address."
I have all the rights local, and it's not a Read Only file.
I did the same on another computer and there it works just fine, so it has something to do with my workstation (XP, SP2).

Anybody know where to look ?

Try to check if the Event Log will not say something more (e.g. may be it is full or something else).

You can try to use Visual studio debugger if it would catch more info about the exception...

Has your database grown? I can't imagine it's too big for the hard drive unless there's something wrong with your hard drive. Other than that, copying the database is like any file.

I did a re-install on my workstation and that took care of the problem.
    Thanks for the suggestions.
