Import pdf or .docx

Hi

I need to import a pdf or a worddocument in navision 4.

Our company´s letter paper are in pdf and word.
I have to write and send offers to our customers via e-mail and these offers have to be on our letter paper. Up to now i have to merge the letter paper and the offer via acrobat and send them via E-Mail now i´m searching for an easyer way to import our letter paper in navison

If you do a Technical update to 5.0 you can use the stylesheets.

If you want just to import documents to customer you could use CRM functionality from Navision. There is have the option to attach documents to contacts and manage them.

Why not just re-create the letterhead in a Navision report? You can store the bitmap in a setup file if it's too big to put in the report object. Then print to PDF.
