MS CRM Windows CAL requirement

Hi,
I have 2 MS CRM Servers (Active-Active Cluster), 2 SQL Servers (Active-Active Cluster), 2 Windows Server for AD & DC (Active-Active Cluster).
My MS CRM Named user is 100.
I think i will require 100 SQL CAL. But for Win 2K3 Server, What is the required no of CAL?
