Calling Web Service from NAV

Hi,

I am using NAV 5.0 SQL SERVER. I have a .NET based application installed in another server. That application is capable of exposing APIs and Web Services. How can I call Web Services or APIs from NAV if it is not installed/registered in the same NAV server?
