Navision 4.00 - Problems with Automation (doc.-handler)

Have problem with automation, se below:

1. I just installed a SP3 on databaseserver as well as clients.
2. Database is not a SP3 but SP1, (should not solwe problems so far..)

After installation it was not a problem for some few SP1-clients to log on the database, it worked. Never mind, I installed all on SP3.

But now in codeunit 5054 a Automation service is missing, no clients is working during document handling.

Anybody have s soloution, please dont hesitate for writting to me.

Under installation I was not asked to convert the database, is that the problem maybe?

This is an Ms Word codeunit. Does the client have Ms Office installed?

The only thing I did, was reinstall database-server SP1, install new database-server on SP3, install clients on SP3.

I tried on my own client; online at the customer - it works.

I guess it will work for all others after install.

Now its smoking-time for five mins.
