Backup Error

A problem occurs at the time of database backup.
The error massage is given below,

There are errors in the text conversion (text no. 1961-0 does not exist
in the .stx file).

Internal error: 47-1


What is the reason behind this and how can I solve it?
Please suggest me.

It can be problem of partially updated database - e.g. when you backup/restore version 4 and restore it into 3.70 - now you have problem to create backup through 3.70 client, because there are unknown options in Object table (menusuite, XMLPort etc.).
