Integer as decimal with 3 digits

How can I print the value with 3decimals.

IF the out put is like 10
20.001

I have to print the above output as 10.000
20.001

I am working on the Dataport. quanity is a decimal variable.Exporing data.


it is printing as

20.001


Now user wants like this

10.000
20.001
