Employee Portal Web part design

Dear All
I have designed a card form in sharepoint using a webpart for
employee portal now I want to arrange the controls in a sequence
just like we does with navision form using drag and drop facility,
how can we do so with web part form?
Please guide.......

    hi anand,

    web part designing is an inbuild feature of emp portal.it does not permit
    to change it.try to change it using html code o your page.
