When you assign a role to a user (or a user to a role), you can define the company in which this role is valid. If you leave it blank, it is for all companies.

    yes
If the same roll is for another user having different company then?
We have to defind another roll having same permission and asign it to another user ????
It means if we create 4 users for purchase then we have to defind 4 rolls for purchase having same permission and asign them to 4 users for 4 companies. :-k

Nope, you assign companies to combination of user and role not to role.
You can create multiple entries with same role, user name and different company.

Yes, you need to insert another record with the same role and select a different company.

Yes, you can give permission for more than one company to same partcular user by entering multiple recodes for the same roll and different company, but if you will leave blank the company field......user will have permission for all the companies in the same database.
