Hi all,
Is it entirely necessary to maintain a support contract with a solution centre to keep on upgrading our system when new versions come through?
Could our company receive the upgrades direct and try and implement them?
OR
What about changing solution centres? Are other centres willing to take on some other centres implementation and provide annual support and upgrades when necessary?

The answer is yes. You used to be able to buy direct from Navision UK before the MBS buy-out but I dont know where that would have left you with regards to the upgrades though :?
NO, and I DEFINATELY WOULDN'T recommend it either
It does happen and you have the right to do so. If you bought a car and you weren't happy with the level of service, would you go back to the same Garage the next time ?? I think not !!!!
Bear in mind, if you do move, then you MAY get charged by another solution centre to investigate the database before they agreed to take it on, a mini scoping document if you will.
If you are very unhappy with your NSC you could contact MBS UK and ask them for alternatives. However, i would recommend speaking to your NSC first to see if you can resolve the issues in front of you.
Exactly what I was thinking but I thought it best to clarify.
