Purchase Book Column must not be[]in Tax Group Code='IGV'

Hello we're a recently implemented customer and I'm receiving an error that we are unfamiliar with. I hope someone has seen this error previously and can assist us with some help.

Here is some more information; apparently the error message references a Blank space. we have checked everything in the code and the tax groups, and reports and don't see anything that shows a space that shouldn't be there.
