Emailing a document directly.

Is it possible to mail a Sales Quotation to the Customer directly after it is prepared.
If Yes, then How?

Depends on how you want to do it - do you want to build something into Nav or simply Install a program like PDF Creator.

Then once your Quote is done - click print choose PDFCfeator & hit the email button.

Now if you want the system to automatically grab an email address from a customer card or from the sales quote - that will require some programming. (at least in my old version 8-[ )
