Requisition Worksheet

I have a manufacturing client that seems to be having a ZUP file issue with the requisition worksheet (RW).

The users in purchasing each have their own worksheet template that they work on each day. Unfortunately, when they leave the RW and go back in, it does not seem to remember which worksheet they were in and too often they begin working and make changes before they realize they have the wrong worksheet. Now, nobody trusts the numbers in their worksheets, so they end up recalculating everything.

Several important points:
1. They have attempted deleting the ZUP files, but it does not seem to help.

2. Not all users experience this problem. The head of the dept. and about 2/3 of his employees have the problem, while the remaining third do not.

3. Since I connect remotely, I cannot reproduce this issue.

Any suggestions for how I might get to the bottom of this?

Thank you in advance.

I agree that it probably is a zup file issue, but if it were me I would just do a quick code change. Map the Batch Name to the USERID and do a SETRANGE when they open the form. That way even if they have intentionally switched to someone else's batch it will load their own next time they open the form.

    Quick and easy.
