How to calculate quarter wise budgeted amount in report

I create report containing fields
order amount, budgeted amount and total budgeted amount in current quarter.
Now How can I get the Total Budgeted Amount in current quarter? ](*,)
without inserting any date filter. It should be calculated on the Order date.
If the order date is in 2nd quarter the the Total budgeted amount is from 2nd Quarter.
