Change of Printer... Cannot print on Navision

Hi,

User has changed printer.

Now they cannot print any document from Navision.

They are working on Microsoft Navision SQL Server.

Does the user need to perform any additional configuration to install the printer driver on the server for the new printer.

Please advise.

    Worked the user under citrix with mapped printers?

    If no, has the user change the printer local an doesn't restart navision :?:

    if the navision client is installed on local maschine (not TerminalServer) and the user has changed the printer during navision is open, the user must close navision. Aftert this he can use the new printer.
    Do you make it right, it works too!

    Of course, if you change printer, you need to install drivers for the new printer. If the printer is shared, you need to re-install the printer on all PCs which are using this printer.

    And, check the "Printer Selection" form - if you set the previous printer there as default for some report/user, you need to reselect the new name of the new printer there...
