Hi,
User has changed printer.
Now they cannot print any document from Navision.
They are working on Microsoft Navision SQL Server.
Does the user need to perform any additional configuration to install the printer driver on the server for the new printer.
Please advise.

And, check the "Printer Selection" form - if you set the previous printer there as default for some report/user, you need to reselect the new name of the new printer there...
