Bin Transfer Charges

Hi All,
Is there any possibilities to add additional charges in Bin to Bin Transfer?
The detailed functionality is described below for which i need your help.
One of our customer need to add some additional charges while moving an item from different bins (in same location). I have planned to use
Item Reclass. Journal to acheive this with the following steps in Nav 5.0:
Consider we have purchased 100 quantities of an Item ABC, Location X and Bin Y. Now we need to transfer 10 units from Bin Y to Bin Z.
1. Create Item Reclass Journal (Manually) and add Charge % for transferred quantities (10 nos).
2. While posting, a negative adjustment will be made for transferred qty (10 nos) and then Item reclass journal will be posted.
3. After posting, a positive adjustment will be made for transferred qty (10 nos).
(The Negative and Positive adjustments will be automatically created and posted)
Once all the above steps completed, the "Adjust Cost-Item Entries" batch job will be automatically executed.
The Concern is that the positively adjusted stock is not updated when an item charge is applied against the original purchase receipt.
Can anyone please help me to acheive this? ](*,)

If you add item charges to original purchase order of item in those bins, item costing will be increased.0
