how to get extended text into reports

Hai all
My client wants to have 300 character lenth description
for that

i have created extended text for item
and tried to pull that into reports by clicking insert ext.text function in orders
but i was not able to get that into report
by selecting standard text i am getting the standard text code and description into reports but not the extended text of that standard text .
is there any field to activate for getting extended text into reports?

Tables 279 and 280 are the extended text tables.
