How to looking for coincident values in a report

I have a field in report that shows a value to me, for example L1, but I want that if there is in all the table some registry, in a determined field, coincident with the value of the previous field (L1), that shows those registries to me. What instructions could use? because the problem that I see is that the report must go ahead or behind, it depends on where it is that value.
