Incorrect Error Messages in Nav 3.6 on MS Server 2003 64 bit

We've got Navision 3.6 on MS Windows Server 2003 R2 64 bit + SQL 2005 Standard 64 bit That 64bit chain works faster than older systems and SQL's but Navision sends to client PC incorrect error messages. We are sure that Windows Server 2003 64bit creates that problem because Windows 2000 32 bit + SQL 2005 32 bit works properly with Error messages.
Could anybody help with adviñe how to fix that problem with Error Messages ? Thank you.

    It's not that you're on 64 bit, it's because you're trying to run a 3.6 database on SQL Server 2005. NAV is only supported on SQL Server 2005 from NAV 4.0 SP2 and up. You will need to do an NAV executable upgrade to be able to run on that platform.

    Small correction. Our database has objects of Nav3.6. But *.exe file is from NAV 4.0 SP2.
    We've got Navision on 14 servers which all work under MS Windows Server 2003 Enterprise 32 bit or Windows Advanced Server 2000 32 bit + SQL 2005 Enterprise 32 bit. Everything is working properly
    That new server was equiped with Windows Server 2003 R2 64 bit + SQL 2005 Standard 64 bit and we've got that bug. We changed SQL to SQL 2005 Enterprise 32 but unsuccessfully.
    So it looks like Server 2003 64 bit creates that problem. But I don't want to reinstall server's operation system before getting confirmation from somebody there is no other way to solve it. And it's a pity because 64 bit chain works really faster than 32 bit.

    What can I say, a lot of companies are running on that platform without any problems. The 64 bit OS should not be the cause of the issues. Maybe there's some antivirus or some other app in the server?

    "works properly with error messages" does not really describe the problem. If you can tell us what the errors are, we will know more about it.
