How to make Navision user hold the multiple unpost journal?

Dear all,

I found that Navision don't like another ERP/accounting system, it don't provide the "batch number" for user can hold the any "unpost journal", for example one:
Journal Template: GENERAL
Batch Name: Default
Document Number: G0001 (Hold this journal) "the problem must force user post the journal first than can open another new journal"

example two:
Journal Template: GENERAL
Batch Name: Default_01
Document Number: G0001 (Hold this journal)

"create another new batch"
Batch Name: Default_02
Document Number: G0001 (Hold this journal)

"create another new batch"
Batch Name: Default_03
Document Number: G0001 (If user post this batch at firs one, than the previous doucment number must be change by self)

The problem: (1) How to create mutliple same batch name for "Default" without posting? (2) When I create another same batch name, system should get the next new document number i.e. G0002?

I believe need to MOD this function, but anyone can have work around solution or experience to share with us.
