Rounding Problem

When I m importing the data from Mapping then after some time the unit price will automatically round-off.when I m changing the amount rounding Precision in General ledger setup from 0.01 to blank then it show me the error("That u cannot change this because there r many posted entries) and please also tell me that 0.01 is for U.S which is coming by default and what is the amount rounding precision for India.
