Does menusuite URLs work in NAV5?

I've been trying the tips Form Communication Mechanism Questions
found here http://www.mibuso.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17616 in NAV5. After importing the menusuite and compiling it, I click Deisgn and Navision closes without any message or anything. The only way to open the database I worked on after that is to open another database first, then open the "right" database and before opening any company, import a menusuite without any URLs. The tips workes fine under NAV4.
Is this tips something that doesn't work under NAV5?
