ADCS/RF Device Connection issue with NAV5.0

Hi,
We are experiencing issues with ADCS/RF disconnecting from NAV and resetting to the logon screen while users are processing orders.

The device remains connected and the user can access the internet so we don't think the issue is with the equipment.

We have set the registry entry REQUEST_TIMEOUT to 60,000 but that did not resovle the issue.

We appreciate anyfeedback that would help us resolve the issue.
