Posting Output Journal(Manufacturing)

Can anybody tell me how to post the output journal when there is a scrap.
The scenario is like this

Suppose I am manufacturing item A for 100 quantity with process1,process2

1. when I complets the process1 there is a 90 quantity as finished and 10 as scrap
2. when I complets the process2 the input must be 90 and not 100.How I can do it because when I use Explode routing it gives me quantity as 100
whereas it must be 90 ](*,)

I gives you a "suggested" quantity based upon the setup. Your choice is expected or zero and expected is based upon the order total, not the resulting output of the previous operation. In your example you will have set 10 in the scrap quantity and 90 in the output quantity, however it will still default 100 in the second operation.

I believe this was logged as a suggested enhancement in 4.0, it is not seen as an issue as the supporting paperwork acts as a control, and the user should check what they are posting rather than just selecting post.

Ultimately the only way you can currently do this is to modify it, or change the standard suggestion from expected to zero to get the user to enter it.
