Is Navision 3.70 compatible with Office 2007?

Hi All,
I have a customer running Navision 3.70 with Office 2007 installed but using Outlook 2003. The problem is they can't send emails using the create interaction functionality from relationship management, no errors are reported and the interaction log entry shows the attachment is imported correctly and that the interaction was successful, but no email has been sent/received, no record exists in Outlook of the email. Has anyone else come across this problem?
Any help is much appreciated.
