Error Item Entry Relation 14257 already exist when uisng NAS

Dear All,

When I use NAS (Navison Application Server) to post automatic Sales Invoice or Post Ship of Transfer Order, some times i've error mess. "Item Entry Relation 1247 already exist" or another mess. "Value Entry Relation 14257 already exist", it's show on Event Viewer. And to continue process, i must go to 2 tables and del. trans. as mess. or restart service of NAS.
But my customer don't like it.
Has someone have a suggestion or seen this error,please help me !

Which DB server (SQL, Native)?
